Yes. The Free plan includes everything — all features, all integrations, all reports. We ask that you contribute what you're able because keeping the platform running costs money. But we will never lock a small congregation out of the tools they need to be financially accountable to their congregation.
Your instance will be suspended — users can no longer log in. But your data is fully preserved. You can export everything from the admin panel before canceling, or reactivate your account at any time to restore full access. Data is never deleted.
Yes — any bank. We integrate with Plaid which supports over 12,000 financial institutions including Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, local credit unions, and more. If your bank isn't on Plaid, you can manage accounts manually and enter balances yourself.
Absolutely. Each congregation gets a completely isolated environment. Your transactions, your funds, your users — none of it is accessible to any other organization on the platform. This is enforced at the database level, not just the interface.
Your account is created immediately when you sign up. You can start entering data right away. Connecting your bank via Plaid takes about 5 minutes. Most churches are fully operational within an hour.
